Part of the Parish of Llangadock called Hamlet Escob Hamlet Hall and Hamlet Enweb? yr Lyn which is bounded on the west by the River Sawdde on the south by Llandeusaint Parish on the east by the River Bran and Mothvey Parish and on the north by the river Towy comprising all houses and cottages in the town of Llangadock and all houses and cottages said hamlets [from the] house of Richard James along River Sawdde to fin ant on Llanausant boundary to Pentwyn held by David Phillips on the Mothvey boundary and Caeginkin and on the Llansadwrn boundary.
